In order to rollout a new clothing fixture Aldi required 500 communication documents to use in their road shows that
ensured all store teams could consistently merchandise and use the new clothing fixture.

To deliver the guidelines we used our Visual Retailing software programme to;
• create an accurate visual representation of the fixture and their range
• merchandise the fixture as an example of their planograms in a visual store
• produce visuals to aid merchandising to planogram establish principles and standards for the new fixture

The document has aided the;
• training and development of store teams across all regions
• store teams to change their behaviour of merchandising clothing
